There are 3 wifi networks available at the Villa. You can either use the QR code or type the password to connect to one of the 3 wifi networks: 1. A user profile for the Villa has been created. Netflix movies are available in English or Spanish. However, you can log in with your profile if you wish to use your own Netflix account to watch movies. Please note there is a TV in the living room and one in the master bedroom.

Our staff you will give you a key for the main gate as well as for the front door. When leaving the property or if you want to secure it for the night, simply close the blinds with the remote control located on the wall to the right of the master bedroom door. If the blind in the master bedroom doesn't close, just touch the switch to the right of the bedroom door, then use the remote control again.

The kitchen is equipped with an easy-to-use gas stove, as well as a cleverly hidden range hood. You will find everything you need for cooking on site, just like at home! Upon arrival, we provide coffee, water, and a bottle of rum as a welcome gift. We supply coffee filters for the percolator and also provide an Italian or moka coffee maker.

The kitchen sink has two taps. The larger one is for non-drinkable well water, perfect for washing dishes. The smaller one is for drinkable water, connected to a pump in one of the island's cabinets which contains two 5-gallon bottles included in the villa rental. Order more water through the person responsible for your stay.

The washing machine is located in the closet of the master bedroom's bathroom. To dry clothes, simply use the outdoor clothesline or the drying rack located to the right of the washing machine in the bathroom closet.

Everything is included and ready to use. You will find extra blankets in the bedroom closets.

For large families on vacation, a trundle or drawer system allows access to a double mattress in both guest bedrooms.

A staff member comes to clean the pool regularly. The pool bar area has a fridge, a cooking plate, an outdoor shower, and a toilet. CAUTION! It is strictly forbidden to use glass objects outside of the house. We have provided plastic plates and glasses for the terrace to avoid accidents around the pool. You are responsible for any breakage of glasses, plates, etc.

Upon arrival, you will receive the Whatsapp number of the staff member who will be your on-site contact. In case of emergency, you can contact them and also call the local authorities by dialing 911.
